Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Lead to drive global recruitment and retention across clinical trials. You will partner with study teams, sponsors and solution partners to optimize enrollment, develop PEPs, and ensure quality execution of patient engagement tactics.

The role requires strong leadership, data interpretation, and deep knowledge of patient recruitment landscapes to deliver timely results for diverse geographies and therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in biological sciences or related field (e.g. RN).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet.
• Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, as well as a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines on several projects with specific and unique requirements, while providing attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, work independently, as well as work as part of a team in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the discussion and collaborates with study specific functional area leads and solution partners to identify and evaluate fundamental issues pertaining to successful patient enrollment.
• Compile and interpret data to make sound and justifiable business decisions and ensure solutions are documented and agreed.
• Has in-depth knowledge of healthcare landscape and patient recruitment solutions for their country and region, and a strong understanding of global patient recruitment strategies.
• May support the development of mitigation strategies in support of senior team members.
• Leads the development, preparation, approval and distribution of integrated tactics relating to R&R Ops from sponsor contracting through to closure of R&R activities.
• Collaborates with study team to define and lead community outreach activities, including, but not limited to advocacy group liaison, attendance at local chapter events.
