Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager I - Sponsor Dedicated - Patient Engagement and Co-Design to provide clinical program support across patient enrollment, engagement insights, and education activities.

You will collaborate with program leads and vendors, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain documentation across systems, including eTMF, while supporting scalable engagement strategies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/clinical research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Support established strategy for focus areas, including site training and patient enrollment.
• Partner with program leads and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, meetings, and outputs to stakeholders; support training materials.
• Maintain internal systems and eTMF records in compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate to improve standards, processes, tools, and best practices.
