Job summary

Alto Neuroscience is seeking a Manager, Patient Recruitment & Engagement to lead recruitment strategies across clinical programs, manage operations, and optimize engagement with patients, sites, and vendors.

You will partner with the Head of PR&E, build scalable data-driven processes, and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements, while delivering measurable enrollment improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in patient recruitment or clinical operations.
• Proven success achieving enrollment goals using data analytics.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate recruitment strategies into study-level plans with KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations and vendor performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with clinical operations and development.
• Develop patient engagement materials and PAG relationships.
• Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and optimize ROI.
