Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Project Manager I - Sponsor Dedicated - Patient Engagement and Co-Design to provide technical, project, and operational expertise across clinical programs, including site training, patient enrollment, and engagement activities.

You will partner with program leads and cross-functional teams to drive the planning, execution, and follow-up of patient-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/healthcare field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharma/biotech/clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Support site training, patient enrollment, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with program leads and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Assist in creating training materials, timelines, and distributing outputs to stakeholders.
• Maintain internal systems and compliant records across projects.
• Collaborate to improve standards, processes, tools, and best practices.
