Remote Medical Inc. seeks a dedicated healthcare liaison to manage access to local medical care and support the Global Coordination Centre (GCC) in securing payments to medical facilities.

You will act as the RMI representative for patient welfare and collaborate with clinicians to ensure timely, compassionate care. Applicants should have at least 2 years of medical healthcare experience, strong English and local language skills, and the ability to work across cultures.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical healthcare professional in the area of operation.
• Bilingual in local language/dialect and English.
• Experience providing patient advocacy in remote/international areas preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to integrate into a cross-cultural social structure.

Responsabilidades

• Remain available throughout agreed hours of coverage for contact by the GCC.
• Deploy to predefined medical facilities within 1 hour of notification from GCC.
• Facilitate payment method agreements between facilities and GCC; mediate as needed.
• Provide translation from local dialect to English for the GCC.
• Provide timely updates to the GCC on patient status and proposed plans.
