Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support U.S. and international patent filings. You will work with attorneys, clients, foreign counsel, vendors, and docketing teams to prepare, review, file applications, monitor deadlines, and maintain prosecution records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant paralegal/legal experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience with patent prosecution processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. patent applications and international PCT filings.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign prosecution activities and deadlines.
• Review patent office correspondence and communicate with clients and teams.
• Maintain accurate patent records and docketing information.
• Support invention evaluation and inventor information collection.
• Develop and maintain processes, forms, and tools to automate workflows.
