Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Agent, Passenger Service to support airport operations. You will assist passengers with reservations, tickets, baggage handling, and travel information, ensuring smooth boarding and efficient catering to customers.

You will also handle lost baggage, security compliance, and airfreight documentation while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations, issue tickets and itineraries, and compute fares for passengers.
• Handle baggage check-in and provide general travel information.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates and process boarding procedures.
• Manage reservations and luggage for standby travelers.
• Determine flight close-out times and complete flight documentation.
• Process post-departure procedures and lost-and-found items.
• Process claims for lost/damaged baggage and forward larger claims as needed.
• Receive and process airfreight shipments and prepare documentation.
• Maintain inventory records for airfreight shipments.
• Ensure compliance with site security protocols.
