• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination for recurring programs and events.
• Maintain the team's Project Tracker with timelines, locations, owners, and milestones.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to support timelines, meetings, and event execution.
• Provide hands‑on production support for live events and broadcasts as needed.
• Assist with vendor coordination, venue logistics, production schedules, guest and attendee logistics.
