Job summary

Activision Blizzard, Inc. in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Coordinator for Global Partnerships & Experiences to support strategic partnerships, events, broadcasts, and experiential activations within the Marketing organization.

You will manage calendars, project trackers, vendor coordination, and on-site production support, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. This in-office role requires organization, proactive communication, and the ability to juggle multiple

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in events, experiential marketing, partnerships, production, or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination for recurring programming and events.
• Maintain the team’s Project Tracker, ensuring timelines and owners are current.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and event execution.
• Provide hands-on production support for live events, activations, and broadcasts.
• Assist with vendor coordination, venue logistics, production schedules, and attendee logistics.
• Support pre-production, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up to ensure programs run smoothly.
