Job summary
Toptal is seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead the strategy and growth of its global partner ecosystem, turning strategic relationships into measurable revenue, expanded services, and new businesses. You will work with Sales, Services, Talent, Marketing, and leadership to activate and grow partners across GTM motions and co-sell opportunities.
The role requires 8+ years in partnerships or related roles, strong commercial instincts, and excellent executive communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, sales or related roles.
- Experience developing and executing partnership strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Experience with technology, platform, cloud, AI, or marketplace partners preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive partnership revenue and pipeline through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
- Own strategic partner relationships and joint business plans with priority partners.
- Build joint GTM and co-sell motions, including marketplaces, reseller programs, and enablement.
- Manage the partnership lifecycle from identification to growth and performance management.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Services, Talent, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product and Operations.
