HappyRobot is seeking a Head of Global Partnerships to own the strategy and execution of its worldwide partner ecosystem. The role combines high‑level strategic leadership with hands‑on sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnerships across SI, hyperscalers, ISVs, and vertical partners in multiple regions.

You will build a regional team across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, turning partnerships into durable distribution channels and joint go-to-market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, or ecosystem development.
• Experience taking partnerships from strategy to execution and closed deals.
• Global experience navigating complex markets and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HappyRobot’s global partnerships strategy across SI, hyperscalers, ISVs, and vertical partners.
• Source, develop, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships creating scalable revenue.
• Build repeatable partner motions including joint GTM and embedded offerings.
• Develop executive relationships with strategic partners and serve as senior external ambassador.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to turn partnerships into measurable outcomes.
• Build and lead regional partnerships teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Establish partnership goals, cadence, and KPIs with accountability for pipeline and revenue.
