Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Small Molecules & Biologics Logistics Operations (Remote Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead end-to-end logistics operations supporting the distribution of small molecule and biologic products across a complex global supply chain. The position will partner closely with external logistics providers and internal cross-functional teams to strengthen network design, launch readiness, and lifecycle management while ensuring service, compliance, and operational performance.

The right candidate will bring deep experience in pharmaceutical logistics, with a strong focus on GDP, trade compliance, and compliant solution design that supports reliable product delivery and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,500 - $225,700 annually
