Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Director of Global Partners to lead the strategy and execution of a world-class channel program. You will own end-to-end partner relationships, from identifying new partners to enabling them to sell, deploy, and scale with telecom and technology partners.

You will build a global partner ecosystem, define deal frameworks, and shape go-to-market strategies across multiple business segments, acting as the primary liaison for our largest partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management
• Experience managing and developing global teams, including senior leaders
• Experience building or scaling indirect/channel sales programs with telecom or technology partners
• Previous P&L management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of partner relationships from identification to enablement at scale
• Define go-to-market strategies for partnerships across verticals
• Serve as the single point of contact for our largest global partners
