Job summary

Vivint Smart Home seeks a Manager of Customer Solutions Partner Management to lead international partner support contacts, including technical support and account service. You will oversee performance metrics, ensure strategic alignment across sites, and develop leaders while driving customer satisfaction 24/7.

Travel to partner sites will be required; the role emphasizes building trust, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate overall department results and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Progressive experience leading contact center/BPO vendor management.
• Ability to manage large-scale partnerships and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships with international contact center partners.
• Ensures partner strategy alignment and execution across sites.
• Lead regular business reviews focusing on performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive improvements in customer outcomes, operations, and revenue.
• Coach emerging leaders and build leadership capability across teams.
• Identify root causes and lead cross-functional problem solving.
