Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Sales to develop and execute the company’s global partner strategy. The role reports to the VP of Global Sales and leads regional Partner Sales Managers.

You will drive indirect bookings, new logos, and partner recruitment while aligning with certification and quality goals. The ideal candidate has 12-15+ years in partner sales, a proven track record of managing global partner programs, and strong GTM execution across regions.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of partner sales experience from tech companies.
• Proven success recruiting, developing, and selling through partners globally.
• Experience in formulating and executing Go-To-Market strategies across regions.
• Direct/field sales experience in financial solutions.
• Experience working with senior leaders across diverse geographies/cultures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end partnership strategy and program globally.
• Manage reseller, SI, and strategic alliances and drive partner growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and services to enable partner success.
