Job summary

Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, seeks a Partner Programs Leader to architect and run the global partner program across Sales, Services, and Technology. You will translate commercial strategy into scalable program designs, incentives, and governance to drive partner engagement and business impact.

You will own the day-to-day operations, ensure program compliance, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Support to optimize the program’s value.

Qualifications

7+ years in partner program management, channel strategy, or indirect GTM.
Deep knowledge of partner program architecture — tier models, incentive mechanics, MDF governance and compliance.
Operational experience managing compliance, performance, and partner disputes.
Familiarity with partner archetypes (resellers, MSPs, system integrators, or technology partners).
Experience measuring program performance and using data to drive design improvements.

Responsibilities

Own the design and architecture of the partner program track for Sales, Services, or Technology.
Translate commercial logic into program design to motivate partner investment and growth.
Define MDF and funding governance and ensure co-investment aligns with high-value behaviors.
