Job summary

At Atlassian, the Global Pipegen Lead will own the partner pipeline generation framework and drive a repeatable motion that connects marketing, field, and geo plans to sourcing targets. You will design plays and assets with Enablement, and oversee metrics to close the strategy-to-execution gap.

You will partner with Field Strategy, Marketing, and Solution Success to deliver operating frameworks, plans, and reports, ensuring the pipegen motion delivers measurable pipeline impact across zones.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background close to the field.
• Experience translating strategy into executable plays.
• Ability to design repeatable pipegen motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global partner pipeline generation framework and playbook.
• Design tactics and activities for each partner type and segment.
• Develop an integrated pipegen plan linked to global sourcing targets.
• Provide weekly leadership updates on pipegen progress and gaps.
