Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a strategic Manager to lead Global Partner Operations within the Service Provider channel. You will build and mentor a team of four direct reports while managing operations across 12 critical GSI and C&I partners, including Cognizant, Infosys, DXC, Accenture, and Deloitte.

You will oversee forecasting, prebuy, burndown, scorecards, MBOs, and WorkSpan adoption to scale partner relationships and revenue targets. You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner operations, channel operations, or revenue operations roles.
• 2+ years in a team lead or management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person partner operations team with accountability for forecasting accuracy and process discipline.
• Oversee forecasting, prebuy, burndown tracking, scorecards, and WorkSpan adoption across 12 partners.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners and leadership, presenting performance data and action plans.
• Maintain governance and documentation, partner with regional sales leaders to accelerate opportunities.
