Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including partner/ecosystem/alliances marketing.
• Experience leading global marketing strategy across regions and translating priorities into long-term plans.
• Experience building and leading a distributed marketing team, with coaching and capacity-building.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and global strategy for partner marketing across Services, GSI, and Technology/ISV.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team across regions; set direction and accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with partner CMOs and Stripe leaders; align regional teams on priorities and investments.
• Own differentiated partner programs and scalable ecosystem initiatives; drive pipeline, activation, and product adoption.
• Establish governance for market development funds and performance dashboards; reallocate resources as needed.
