Job summary

Aprimo is seeking a Partner Manager to join the Global Partnerships Team. You will drive partner-led revenue by managing a book of Global/Regional SI, ISV, and Agency partners, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to execute co-selling and joint GTM initiatives.

You will source, maintain, and grow partnerships, onboard new partners, and lead negotiations on joint initiatives. This role emphasizes revenue growth and strategic alignment across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing partnerships and/or sales in DAM or Martech.
• Proven experience in DAM/Martech required.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience executing go-to-market strategies.
• Able to onboard and grow partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Generated Leads from your partner book.
• Exceed revenue goals through referred opportunities from partners.
• Manage relationships with key SI/ISV partners and align objectives.
• Outbound prospecting to onboard new partners and drive revenue.
• Collaborate on GTM initiatives including co-selling and product integrations.
• Optimize partnership engagement models for value delivery and growth.
• Educate partners on Aprimo go-to-market messaging and solutions.
• Lead negotiations and formalize joint agreements (co-marketing/selling).
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and Marketing to equip partners with tools and support.
• Stay informed on DAM/market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to boost day-to-day operations.
