Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, sales finance and partner revenue models.
• Proven ability to drive commercial strategy and manage operating budgets.
• Advanced financial forecasting, modeling and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Executive Strategy & GPO Investment Optimization with senior channel leaders.
• Own Global Contra & Program Economics from AOP to payouts and ROI models.
• Establish cross-functional governance and escalation standards across finance, revenue accounting, channel ops and deal desk.
• Manage consolidated GPO Opex & workforce planning including headcount and budgets.
• Lead international finance talent, mentoring the Prague-based Finance Manager.
