Job summary

Waymo in Mountain View, CA, seeks a senior leader to transform partner and enterprise support into a tech-enabled, scalable operation. You will shape the global org, forecast resources, and set KPIs to sustain 24x7, multi-language service across geographies.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Safety and external vendors, deploying AI-driven solutions and governance of SLAs to sustain high reliability and safety in operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B enterprise support or customer operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record scaling global support operations.
• Experience leading 24x7 multi-language, multi-channel teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global, multi-year strategic vision for partner & enterprise support.
• Lead deployment of specialization, automation and AI-driven strategies to scale operations.
• Own global design, forecasting, KPIs and quality standards for 24/7 support networks.
• Establish safety workflows and regulatory compliance across the vehicle lifecycle.
• Design a Voice of the Partner feedback architecture to drive product improvements.
