Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in the United States. The role leads enablement, coaching, and training across international programmes, focusing on LMICs, with responsibility for adoption gaps and measurable outcomes.

You will coach partner trainers, manage multi-country programmes, and collaborate across product, data, and communications teams, with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Demonstrable experience training teams remotely in LMICs.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country user training using digital assets and live facilitation.
• Coach partner trainers to cascade learning while maintaining training quality.
• Quality‑assure Train‑the‑Trainer and cascade models through observation and data‑informed feedback.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and outcomes; intervene with coaching or configuration reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with product, data, and programme teams; contribute to design workshops and configuration activities.
