The work model is hybrid, combining office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner enablement, partner programs, sales enablement, or program management in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
• Ability to package knowledge into partner-ready enablement (playbooks, workshops, labs).
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize the Partner Readiness Program for NICE partners.
• Run the partner AI readiness program end-to-end.
• Drive partner sales readiness by coordinating practical certifications.
