Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a forward-looking Paralegal Manager to reshape paralegal services with technology-enabled processes and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of paralegals and case assistants, partner with attorneys and practice leadership, and drive performance, capacity planning, and service quality across offices.

You will collaborate with Directors, HR and practice leadership to ensure the team has the skills, tools, and processes needed to support complex litigation and advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification a plus.
• Proven success leading process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Experience driving adoption of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology, process improvement and knowledge sharing efforts.
• Drive adoption of firm technology and AI tools within workflows.
• Evaluate automation and standardization to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Build relationships with leaders to align priorities with client needs.
• Translate feedback into staffing, training and workforce plans.
• Oversee staffing, monitoring productivity and capacity.
