Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in a large law firm or similar legal services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification a plus.
• Proven success in process improvement and workflow optimization in a legal setting.
• Experience driving adoption of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow transformation across offices, partnering with lawyers, paralegals, and tech teams.
• Drive adoption of firm technology and AI tools in daily workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to standardize processes and reduce manual work.
• Oversee staffing, utilization, and performance of paralegal staff and case assistants.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership on workforce planning and onboarding.
• Foster knowledge sharing and reduce silos through communities of practice.
