Grüns is seeking a highly senior Growth Marketer to lead international paid media across UK, EU, Canada, and ANZ. You will own campaigns, tracking, and playbooks, then build a team around what works.

You will manage end-to-end measurement (CAPI, GA4), ensure GDPR-compliant tracking, and scale spend while maintaining CAC and LTV/CAC. This role is remote with international collaboration and quarterly in-person offsites.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with hands-on paid media ownership.
• Launched and scaled Meta and Google campaigns in at least two international markets.
• Experience in high-growth DTC/eCommerce with paid media dependence.
• Built campaigns in-house rather than at an agency.

Aufgaben

• Launch and scale Meta and Google campaigns across priority international markets (UK, Canada, ANZ, key EU).
• Own measurement end-to-end: CAPI, GA4, GDPR-compliant tracking, incrementality testing.
• Scale spend into the millions annually while protecting CAC and LTV/CAC.
• Build a repeatable testing engine across creative, audience, offer, and localized landing pages.
• Partner with creative, product, and lifecycle teams to keep execution sharp.
• Hire and design workflows, vendor model, and team structure for future growth.
• Own the quarterly international growth roadmap and new market recommendations.
