Job summary

Grüns is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager, International to build and run our creator engine across EMEA, Americas (outside the USA) and APAC. This is a relationship-first role focused on 75% creator relationships with mid-tier and premium creators, and 25% seeding new markets with outreach systems.

You'll work in a fully remote environment with teams across time zones, coordinate with Paid Media on whitelisting and testing, and own CAC, ROAS, and content performance to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years scaling paid influencer programs across international markets.
• Experience with creator partnerships and contract negotiations.
• Ability to build repeatable processes and use automation.
• Comfortable with remote, global teams and time zone overlap.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and manage 100+ creators per market per year.
• Identify 1,000+ potential creators per market monthly using tools.
• Surface high-performing creator content for paid media and coordinate with Paid Media.
• Report spend, CAC, attribution, and content performance by market and tier.
• Document market playbooks, briefs, guardrails, and GTM approaches.
