The role requires expertise in primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, including blow-fill-seal tech, and cross-functional leadership to drive risk-aware, compliant, and cost-efficient packaging solutions for new products.

Competenze

• BS in Packaging Eng., Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 10 years pharma experience; or MS/PhD with 8 years.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical development process and packaging components.
• Familiarity with risk assessment tools and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional groups and complex projects.
