Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging, mechanical, chemical or biochemical engineering; pharmaceutical science; chemistry or related discipline.
• Exposure to assembly, packaging, manufacturing processes or equipment through coursework, internships or work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide packaging and assembly knowledge to ensure technical rigor and execution excellence.
• Develop and execute robust technical plans across device assembly, packaging, and distribution and logistics.
• Analyze data, participate in technical reviews and assess alternative approaches to problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, efficacy, quality, and supply standards.
• Support lifecycle changes and tech transfers for platform components and processes.
