Job summary

Veritiv Corporation seeks an International Packaging Program Manager to coordinate globally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. You will define program scopes and lead projects from RFQ through implementation, ensuring on-time execution of customer requirements.

This role drives new packaging development for sustainable, user friendly, and cost competitive packaging, requiring strong collaboration and program management across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI project planning within manufacturing.
• College degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
• CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• SOW development, project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing to meet customer parameters.
• Negotiate terms, price, and conditions aligning scope, quality, time, and cost objectives.
• Produce KPIs, KAIs, milestones, and project status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; manage multiple projects under pressure.
