Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate globally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will define program scopes, lead projects from RFQ to implementation, and drive new packaging development that is sustainable, user friendly and cost competitive.

Required 3+ years in program management, PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP or equivalent, and strong stakeholder management. Travel to customer sites and suppliers will be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with large, cross-functional projects and governance.
• Certification in PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• SOW development, project planning and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain program level documentation, KPIs and milestones.
• Negotiate terms and manage risks to balance scope, quality, time and cost.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing to complete projects on schedule.
• Lead continuous improvements to processes and workflows.
