Job summary

Brink's Texas seeks a Global Process Owner for procure-to-pay (P2P) to define and govern end-to-end processes across global operations. You will drive standardization, process taxonomy, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong controls.

You will lead governance forums with Finance, Procurement, GSS, and MSP partners, and partner with IT to optimize Coupa and ServiceNow-based workflows. This role requires transforming processes and building cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and continuously improve global end-to-end P2P processes, standards, and operating procedures.
• Establish and maintain global process taxonomy, governance, and process documentation across regions.
• Drive standardization while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Lead global governance forums with Finance, Procurement, GSS, and MSP partners.
• Translate Procurement and Finance policies into standardized operating processes and control requirements.
• Own the business process design and governance framework for P2P technologies, including Coupa and ServiceNow.
• Lead service governance activities to ensure effective execution and continuous performance improvement.
• Build strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment and sustainable process outcomes.
