Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Newton, MA seeks a Head of Global Procure to Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable to lead our end-to-end AP across US, EMEA and APAC, building a high-performing, globally dispersed team. You will drive process improvements, implement new systems, ensure SOX and tax compliance, and partner with procurement, finance, and IT to deliver cost-effective P2P operations.

• Proven experience managing a global accounts payable function across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate dispersed teams and manage priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of AP processes, controls, and SOX requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global accounts payable across US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage vendor invoice intake, approvals, validation and processing.
• Ensure timely payments and optimize cash flow.
• Lead global AP team and develop vendor relationships.
• Implement SOX controls and regulatory compliance.
• Drive AP process standardization and automation.
• Lead system implementations and digital transformation in P2P.
• Provide reporting on AP performance to senior leadership.
