Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director/Director of OT Cybersecurity Officer to lead global OT cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and governance across manufacturing and distribution environments. This leader will drive architecture, visibility, and secure operations while balancing safety, quality, and supply continuity.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Plant Engineering, ISC, Digital, R&D, and Quality to set requirements, prioritize risk reduction, and enable secure innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or engineering.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS preferred.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, or manufacturing.
• Experience securing industrial OT environments in a global org.
• Strong risk management, architecture, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own OT cybersecurity strategy, risk governance, and executive visibility.
• Lead cross‑functional governance across multiple domains to drive consistency.
• Own enterprise OT risk and vulnerability management framework and risk acceptance.
• Translate OT risk into business impact for operations and supply continuity.
• Provide leadership for OT security architecture, asset visibility, and monitoring.
