Job summary

Bull City Talent Group’s direct manufacturing client is seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer (ICS / Manufacturing) to lead the design, deployment, and validation of an global OT cybersecurity program across multiple facilities.

The role collaborates with OT Security Architects, cybersecurity teams, site controls engineers, and plant operations to secure industrial environments while maintaining production uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in OT/ICS or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on OT/ICS experience with security deployments and asset discovery.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and patch management in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with OT security tools and endpoint protection in production.
• Ability to work with plant personnel and cross-functional teams to implement security controls.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT asset discovery and validation across manufacturing environments.
• Deploy and validate OT cybersecurity solutions with minimal production impact.
• Support patch management and firmware upgrades for PLCs, HMIs, drives, and IO modules.
• Validate security agent compatibility with industrial applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot OT security deployments and provide remediation guidance.
• Document configurations, deployments, and validation results for leadership.
