McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking an RDQR Organizational Effectiveness Manager to drive change across Q&R and/or R&D teams at our Global HQ in Hunt Valley, MD, with flexibility to hire in Canada or the UK.

The role leads organizational change and program management, develops skills and competencies, and partners with leaders to implement standardized tools, communications, and governance that accelerate delivery and adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with change and leading initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage resources for projects.
• Clear, concise communication and influence to drive change.
• Strong collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change and project management for Q&R and/or R&D.
• Develop skills, competencies, and development plans for employees.
• Partner with technical leaders to ensure alignment and delivery.
