Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking an RDQR Organizational Effectiveness Manager to accelerate delivery and adoption of new ways of working across Q&R and R&D. Reporting to the Global Service Owner, you will design change programs and lead cross-functional teams to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant sciences such as ChemE, Food Science, IE, or Biology.
• 5+ years leading change initiatives and applying change management methodologies.
• Strong project management and ability to drive cross-functional change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Experience partnering with HR/OE and learning teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Q&R and/or R&D organizational effectiveness initiatives to enable strategic objectives.
• Develop change and project plans, communicate goals, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage programs for skills, competencies, and leadership development.
• Create and deploy HR/OE toolkits, playbooks, and standards.
