Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated, is seeking a full-time RDQR Organizational Effectiveness Manager to accelerate delivery and adoption of new ways of working within Q&R and R&D. This role sits at our Global HQ in Hunt Valley, MD, with potential for Canada or the UK.

You will shape change programs, drive stakeholder alignment, and advance workforce capabilities. Reporting to the Global Service Owner, you will develop and audit skills and competencies, manage change programs through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant sciences (ChemE, Food Science, IE, Biology) or related field.
5+ years leading change initiatives with change management principles and tools.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to deliver projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
Experience aligning programs with organizational strategy and culture.

Responsibilities

Lead Q&R and/or R&D organizational effectiveness initiatives and change programs.
Develop comprehensive change and project plans with leadership and stakeholders.
Drive guidelines for organizational change, communication, and progress tracking.
Manage development of skills, competencies, and roles for transformation.
Partner with HR/OE to ensure standardized toolkits, playbooks, and standards.
Consult PMO/CMO/CoE to align needs and ensure training and adoption.
