Nestlé Health Science seeks a Specialist, Customer Solutions to be the primary contact for customers and sales through the order management process, with a large export focus on international markets.

The role manages end-to-end Order to Cash, from intake of sales orders through receipt of goods, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. Collaborative cross-functional work is essential.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain (e.g. Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, DSP).
• Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Intermediate Excel skills with large data-sets, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze order exceptions and improve customer order patterns.
• Coordinate with customer carriers for ocean bookings and air freight.
• Monitor and address account issues, ensure orders processed per SLA.
• Ensure orders are shipped complete and on time per delivery dates.
• Monitor open orders per Daily Activity Schedule and cadence.
