Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Specialist, Customer Solutions to manage end-to-end Order to Cash for international customers, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, logistics, and cross-functional partners to improve processes and minimize delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze order exceptions and improve customer order patterns.
• Coordinate with carriers for ocean and air shipments to meet cutoffs.
• Troubleshoot blocked orders with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure orders ship complete and on time per delivery dates.
