Job summary

You will gather all required order information, monitor confirmed schedules with production planning, logistics, and shipping, and coordinate cross-functional solutions across planning, purchasing, sales, and management to optimize fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Commercial qualification; business training preferred.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain in international environment.
• Structured, analytical mindset with pragmatic problem solving.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
• Good understanding of business processes and cross-functional interfaces with customers, sales, planning and purchasing.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer demand, order entries, schedule changes, pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations.
• Gather order information and process orders accurately and professionally.
• Monitor confirmed schedules with production planning, logistics, and shipping.
• Coordinate cross-functional solutions and manage escalations across planning, purchasing, sales, and management.
• Manage demand allocation and order fulfillment in the ERP system with full visibility.
• Maintain accurate customer master data for efficient processes.
• Validate sales prices and process credit and debit notes.
• Support after-sales activities including quality complaints and RMAs.
• Analyze backlogs, deliveries and performance data to identify trends.
• Drive continuous improvement using digital/AI tools to raise efficiency.
