Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a global customer and supplier base via phone and email, answering questions on orders, shipments, pricing and availability.
• Validate and process customer POs, manage work queues across Zendesk, NetSuite, and other systems, keep data current.
• Troubleshoot failed orders, pricing discrepancies, and supplier exceptions; source alternatives and proactively communicate with customers to minimize disruption.
