Job summary

Jade Global seeks an Oracle Fusion Finance Lead to serve as the onsite bridge between the client’s finance leadership and the implementation teams. You will own design governance and the seamless rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials at the client site, driving business process transformation and real-time delivery.

This role emphasizes core Financials setup (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE), intercompany and multi-org structures, COA design, tax considerations, and cross-pillar integration with SCM.

Qualifications

• Deep Oracle Finance functional expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, and Subledger Accounting.
• Leadership in client engagements, governance, and delivery management.
• Experience with multi-org, intercompany processes, and tax structures.

Responsibilities

• Onsite engagement with client CFO/finance leads and steering committees.
• Lead discovery, workshops, and alignment of processes to Oracle capabilities.
• Define COA structures, ledgers, and reporting hierarchies; manage scope and change requests.
• Coordinate offshore delivery; translate requirements into functional specs; oversee UAT and cutover.
