Job summary

Brainlab is seeking a Project Manager for Digital Operating Room projects (Audio/Video solutions and intraoperative imaging) with a focus on EMEA. You will drive all project phases—from planning and site prep to installation and end-user training—within agreed timelines.

You will support Sales technically, review quotes, sketch site layouts, and develop technical schemes. Expect international travel up to 20% and frequent collaboration with surgeons, engineers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering, construction or IT, or project management certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical projects (incl. project management).
• Profound English skills; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM, Technical Planning and Implementation of Digital OR projects (Audio/Video) and Intraoperative Imaging with focus on EMEA.
• Drive all project phases from PO, clarifications, site prep, shipment, installation, to clinical release and user training.
• Assist Sales with technical support, review quotes, sketch site layouts.
• Draft preliminary technical schemes and video routing diagrams.
