Job summary

Molex is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Director to lead the quality strategy and execution for our Optoelectronics Products within the Datacom and Specialty Solutions division. This global role strengthens customer-focused quality, preventive action, regulatory compliance, and product reliability across a complex design and high-volume manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, applied science, or related field.
• Progressive quality leadership in a complex design and high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and customer/supplier quality across locations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and advanced quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Gage R&R, capability).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of an integrated quality strategy aligned with customer expectations and zero defects goals.
• Partner with regional leadership to establish preventive quality practices and improve product/process performance.
• Develop customer-response framework and represent the organization in customer quality matters.
• Maintain quality systems meeting standards and ISO 9001; support Molex Quality System audits.
• Sponsor Lean Six Sigma initiatives and apply advanced quality methods to improve quality performance.
