Molex seeks a Quality Engineer at its Hudson, WI site to drive quality during New Product Introduction and support volume production improvements. You will link customers and manufacturing, lead validation, collect data, and implement quality controls across processes and products.

The role emphasizes NPI, high-speed manufacturing, and end-to-end quality system ownership in a global Leader of optical connectivity solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years direct Quality or Validation experience.
• 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment; high volume or NPI experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AQP processes, develop product quality criteria, and execute deliverables during new product introduction.
• Serve as a communication liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate and lead Process Validation projects for assembly and inspection equipment and related processes.
• Create validation documentation and oversee validation executions.
• Establish Bill of Materials, control prints, drawings, product specifications and test methods.
• Coordinate quality system deliverables including quality events, deviations, MRBs, CAPAs, Batch Records, Inspection Plans, and Certificates of Compliance.
• Lead CAPA investigations using data-driven problem-solving methods.
• Ensure adherence with customer Quality Agreements and other requirements.
• Implement systems and procedures compliant with Quality and Validation standards; share best practices.
• Develop and implement statistical incoming and in-process sampling/control plans.
