Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, applied science, or related technical field.
• Progressive quality leadership experience in a complex product design and high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading quality management systems, regulatory compliance, customer quality, supplier quality, and reliability across locations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and advanced quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Gage R&R, process capability).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience communicating with customers and resolving significant quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of an integrated global quality strategy.
• Partner with regional leadership to strengthen preventive quality practices.
• Develop a customer-response framework and participate in customer visits.
• Maintain quality systems meeting ISO 9001 and Molex standards.
• Sponsor Lean Six Sigma initiatives and apply advanced quality tools to improve performance.
• Foster relationships with engineering, operations, and supply chain to drive ownership.
• Ensure manufacturing infra (cleanrooms/white rooms) meets standards.
• Advise senior leadership on quality policy, risk, and priorities.
• Support design teams with quality planning for new programs.
• Develop organizational capability and global quality reporting rhythms.
