Job summary

Tiger BioSciences is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across production, facilities, quality, supply chain, and distribution, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance for domestic and international markets.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and vendor relations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain or related functions with leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA/ISO/cGMP/GDP/GLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, facilities, maintenance, inventory and warehouse management, customer service and order management.
• Support after-hours needs, including alarms and emergency responses.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and support management decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Manage departmental spending and capital expenditures in partnership with leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence.
