Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Manager, Ops Integration to represent the voice of Operations at our Global Success Center. This role will drive and execute operational initiatives improving guest experience and translate cross-functional plans into clear restaurant procedures.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in restaurant/retail operations and 2+ years in cross-functional roles, with strong data-driven decision-making and franchise collaboration experience. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant, retail, or multi-unit operations.
• 2+ years in a corporate operations, field leadership, or cross-functional project role.
• Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit operators preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing defined cross-functional projects or workstreams through implementation.
• Comfort using operational data and KPIs to inform recommendations.
• Ability to identify process gaps and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive progress.
• Strong operational judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with internal Ops team and Brand Partners to communicate procedure changes, gather feedback, and support adoption.
• Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and results to project teams and leaders.
• Build effective working relationships and align project partners around shared objectives.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adjust priorities to support change implementation.
• Spend time in our restaurants to understand operational realities and validate solutions.
• This role is an individual contributor and must influence through partnership and execution.
• Travel up to 25%.
